Registration and use of the Aurabet Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of their Account:
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: In Malaysia and under Aurabet's global policy, the minimum age to register and gamble on this Platform is 21 years. This requirement is enforced through mandatory KYC identity verification on all Accounts.
To access the full range of Aurabet's services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Malaysian mobile phone number or equivalent.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your Account. Any wager, transaction, or instruction submitted through your Account will be deemed to have been made by you, regardless of who actually submitted it.
You agree to notify Aurabet's customer support team immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. Aurabet will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
Aurabet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, enabling it is currently optional. Aurabet reserves the right to make 2FA mandatory at any time upon advance notice to users.
In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and international gaming licence obligations, Aurabet is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawals and upon reaching certain transaction thresholds. Aurabet may also request KYC documentation at any time during the life of an Account.
KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 business hours of document submission. During peak periods this may extend to 72 hours. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed. Aurabet is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delays caused by incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent documentation.
Aurabet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including enhanced due diligence (EDD) documentation for high-value transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Aurabet accepts deposits from verified Account holders via the following payment methods, subject to availability in the user's jurisdiction: DuitNow QR, FPX Internet Banking (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, AmBank, and other participating institutions), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency transfers (Bitcoin/BTC and Tether/USDT for eligible accounts).
Aurabet reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating account if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregularity. Aurabet operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as its primary settlement currency for Malaysian players.
Registered Account holders with a verified identity (completed KYC) may request withdrawals of their available Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Aurabet processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — 2–4 hours; Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost — 2–4 hours; Cryptocurrency — subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 1–6 hours. VIP-tier members (Gold and above) benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing.
Aurabet offers various welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, maximum bonus amounts, and validity periods. In the event of any inconsistency between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
Wagering requirements, maximum bet rules, and game contribution rates apply to all bonus offers. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 35x wagering requirement requires RM3,500 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Always review the full terms of each promotion before opting in.
All bets and gaming activities conducted on the Aurabet Platform are governed by these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are accessible within the Platform. In the event of any conflict, the game-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that game.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Aurabet Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Aurabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in any Prohibited Activity, or if such action is required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
Upon termination for cause, Aurabet reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending completion of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld funds will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If a breach is confirmed, the Balance may be permanently forfeited.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method upon closure, subject to completed KYC.
All content on the Aurabet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of Aurabet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from Aurabet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurabet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Aurabet's total cumulative liability to any individual user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aurabet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Aurabet shall not be liable for any loss arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, or third-party payment processing delays beyond its reasonable control.
Aurabet is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all markets in which it operates, including Malaysia. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, they may take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Aurabet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, as determined by Aurabet.
